Adam Appleton
Counsellor
Adam is a counsellor who works from a person-centred, relational approach, drawing on Narrative Therapy to support individuals, couples, and families. centred on the belief that people are the experts in their own lives, and aims to create a safe, respectful space where your experiences, values, and stories are honoured.
Adam's work focuses on collaboration and connection, helping clients explore the stories that shape their lives and discover new, more empowering ways forward. Adam holds a Bachelor of Counselling from Bethlehem Tertiary Institute and brings warmth, curiosity, and care into each therapeutic relationship.
Ollie
Therapy Dog Extraordinaire
Meet Ollie, our four-legged team member and resident heart-stealer. Ollie is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a gentle soul, waggy tail, and a special talent for making people feel instantly welcome. Whether he’s offering quiet company, a reassuring cuddle, or simply snoozing nearby, Ollie helps create a calm, friendly space where clients can relax and feel supported. Pats are optional… but highly encouraged.
